Good news, will power gets better with age. While milenials are more likely to set goals or themselves, they are less likely to stick to them. Last year the average person quit 5 things including gym classes, exercise routines, diets, classes and hobbies. They also spent $300 pursing a hobby that didn’t work out.
Losing weight and getting healthier is the top goal for 2017, followed by saving more money. De-cluttering the house was in third, with travel more and spend more time with family making up the top 5. 66% say they’re in need of a clean start.
